Roy joined the Resort Realty sales team at our Kitty Hawk office in August of 1997, specializing in residential sales of the southern beaches. Roy and his wife, Sandra, and daughters, Jennifer and Kristan, relocated to the Outer Banks in 1984 and currently make their home in Southern Shores. Roy received his Brokers license in 1993 and has been active in the Outer Banks real estate market since 1994. Roy is a 1996 graduate of the Realtors Institute, and a member of the Outer Banks Association of Realtors. He enjoys golf and fishing and the natural beauty of the Outer Banks. In 2003 Roy accepted the position of Sales Manager for the Resort Realty sales team. This is a position that requires him to be constantly updated on all new laws and rules of both the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and the North Carolina Association of REALTORS® and to pass this information on to all agents. Roy is charged with growing the company sales through the recruitment of professional sales agents while maintaining the high standards of Resort Realty.
