Ellen Heatwole grew up on Long Island, NY. She and her family moved to the Richmond, VA area in 1995. There she met and married Jimmy Heatwole. Ellen served the United Methodist Church as a Pastor for over a decade. She continues in ministry by officiating ceremonies here on the beautiful Outer Banks. 

Ellen and Jimmy became Outer Banks home owners in 2012. Ellen and her husband enjoyed visiting the OBX in the off-season and sharing their home with vacationing families. However, they fulfilled a lifelong dream by becoming permanent residents in 2016. Ellen loves the beach, her family, small construction projects, and her time volunteering with NEST (Network for Endangered Sea Turtles). Ellen’s priority is building relationships through dedication, honesty, and humor. She will work hard to meet all your OBX Real Estate needs!
