Dick Harper Broker

Originally from Raleigh, NC, Dick Harper landed on the OBX by way of the U.S. Army in 1958. Dick attended N.C. State University. He owned and operated two restaurants and a fishing tackle shop prior to obtaining his Broker’s license in 1979. Dick Harper has also been a member of the Nags Head Planning Board for 10 years and served on the Nags Head Board of Commissioners for two terms. 

Since 1991, Dickie, also known by “Dickie” has been with the Resort Realty family and has provided is knowledge and experience to clients along with his wife, Linda. Both Dickie and Linda both thoroughly enjoy selling real estate because of the wonder people they meet. It gives them the opportunity to share their love of the area with clients who are decdiing to purchase a property for a new primary or second home. The combined experience of the two equals 50 years. This gives them a unique vantage point from which to advise their clients and to guide them toward the property they will enjoy for many years to come.
