Brimage, better known as Brim, has been an Outer Banks real estate agent with Resort Realty for 10 years. Having grown up on the farms of Windsor, and on the beach in Nags Head, the pull of the ocean and her expansive beaches was too strong to resist. Brim’s Great-Great Grandfather, Captain ER Outlaw, built one of the first oceanfront cottages on the OBX in 1886! She and her husband, Beau, have family ties to four of the historic cottages of Nags Head’s oceanfront neighborhood known as the “Unpainted Aristocracy”. Built in the early 1900’s, and two were of the original 13 cottages built well over a century ago. Their families also have ties to the very first cottages built here on the sound in the 1830’s.

Early Career

A graduate of the College of Charleston in SC, she obtained degrees in both Business and the Arts. She focused on Marketing and Advertising, both of which are essential assets in her Real Estate career. Brim started her career in sales when she spent time as a top producer with NC Farm Bureau. She followed her mother’s footsteps when she began her Real Estate studies in the fall of 2003. Right after joining Resort Realty, she set her sights on her Broker’s License. She is well on her way with her sales along Nags Head’s Historic Beach Cottage Row and is committed to becoming a top producer on the Outer Banks. She has found her niche as the local ‘Historic Connection to Outer Banks Real Estate’.

While she specializes in Nags Head and Roanoke Island, she has achieved great sales all over our Banks. From Hatteras Island to Southern Shores, Corolla, and everywhere in between, Brim is one of the top Outer Banks real estate agents. Her specialization in historic oceanfront comes from her family ties. Connections to these homes is what sets her apart from others in the industry. We are very excited to have such an energetic presence with ties to our local Outer Banks history. Brim and her husband Beau Silver of Wanchese, love teaching their son all there is to know about island life.

When not hard at work Brim and her family can be found at play on the beach or in the boat, shrimping, fishing, clamming, and exploring all our sand islands. She also enjoys offshore fishing, hunting, and painting. She resides in Nags Head.
